Pinsa, sounds a lot like pizza, looks a little like pizza, but it’s not pizza – so what is it?

Pull up a chair. Take a taste. Come join us.

When you order our famous and delicious Pinsa, you’ll notice a few differences compared to Pizza. The main difference that you’ll notice is the unique oval shape ‑ but there are a few more things that really set the two apart.

What makes Pinsa unique is the dough used to create the dish. Pinsa dough is made from a combination of soy, rice, and wheat flour which makes Pinsa a much healthier alternative to traditional Pizza. The dough is fermented for up to 72 hours, and baked at a lower temperature. This ensures that the dough is highly hydrated as it contains up to 80% water. The end product is a crunchy exterior with a soft inside that doesn’t contain additives, preservatives, or saturated fats; whilst being vegan, low gluten, and organic! Since the primary difference between Pinsa and pizza is in the dough, you can still enjoy all your favourite pizza toppings on your Pinsa. The end result is a very digestible delicious dish that will leave you feeling less bloated and guilty after enjoying it!

Pinsa finds its roots in ancient Rome, derived from the latin word Pinsere, meaning “to press”, the dough is pressed and stretched to create its oval shape. PInsa is ever evolving and thanks to modern techniques and improvements, it has been perfected into the culinary masterpiece that is loved today.
